Here you will know my process, the steps I apply to create writing pieces that satisfy your needs. Later, you’ll also find the tools I use to help me accomplish this objective.

My process
I’ll follow these steps while working with you. They are not static; however, my process is flexible and can be changed to fit your needs.
1. Create or learn your strategy:
First, I need to learn what you want to achieve with the content. Send me your brand guidelines, tone of voice, keywords, information about your audience, funnel strategy, and relevant references.
If you don’t have these components, I’ll create an editorial calendar with a strategy. And send it to you to ensure our objectives are aligned. These actions are necessary to make sure my content brings results for you.
2. Start creating briefings
Next, send me briefings with each writing piece subject, subheadings, the content purpose, the number of words, a Call to Action, reference suggestions, etc. I can create each one and send it for your approval or keep it in my archive if you don’t need to check on them.
3. Research process
I’ll perform a heavy study about the subject matter, read about your solution, look for trustworthy sources, learn how your competitors are doing SEO and think about how we can do better than them, do SERP research, and more.
4. Start writing
Now I’ll start the writing process. My delivery time is two days for content up to 1,000 words, three days for 2,000 words, and so on. During my production, I’ll apply my best writing practices.
5. Revision
My services include editing and proofreading. I offer free revisions (make changes) until the content is ready to publish.
6. Images and GIFs
I can search royalty-free images for commercial usage or take screenshots of your solution. If necessary, I can create GIFs by myself to make it clear to your reader how to use your products.
These images may be searched, compressed, and attached to your piece at no additional cost.
7. Done for publication
Here the content is ready to publish. You can pay me for each article or after 30 days through any payment method I offer.
Tools used during my process
As for the tools for blogposts, I use the following ones:
- Grammar checker: Grammarly, Writer.com/grammar-checker, Languagetool, Google Docs.
- Researching: Google, Ask the Public, Google Scholar, SciHub, SparkToro.
- Keywords research: Google Keyword Planner.
- How I deliver my content: Google Docs.
- SEO analysis: SEMRush and Yoast SEO.
- Royalty-free images: Unsplash.
- Headlines analyzer: Aminstitute.
I have experience with Jarvis.AI, ChatGPT, and other AI tools. However, I should inform AIs are still unusable if you want to receive high-quality content. These tools are incapable of generating optimized content, understanding your reader’s needs, including and explaining data, and more. When using AI to write content, we need to edit it heavily.
